Free Introductory Consult Call

A short call where we discuss your goals, your land, and what you hope to achieve. Before the call, you complete a brief questionnaire that gives us the essential details about your property and financial situation. This allows the conversation to be focused and productive. During the call we answer your questions, outline your possible options, and help you understand whether subdivision is worth exploring.

Feasability Study

This is a detailed assessment of your land and your financial position. we run the numbers, analyse what can and cannot be done on your site, review council constraints, consult with planners and engineers, and identify the costs and risks. We also assess the best financial and tax structure for your situation and create projected timelines and cash flow paths.

All the information is presented to your family in a clear report. You can purchase the report and proceed on your own using it as your blueprint, or it becomes the foundation for a collaboration where we help guide or run the full project.

Full Project Management

This is the complete package. Land Wealth Consulting manages the entire subdivision from start to finish. We create the financial and legal structures, plan the project, coordinate experts, manage contractors, oversee budget and cash flow, handle council and compliance, and guide you through sales and settlement.

Who We Are

My name is Craig. I founded LWC after realising how hard it was to find clear, analytical, and genuinely practical guidance for subdivision. When I began managing my own family’s subdivision project three years ago, I looked for consultants who could validate my work and help shape the plan. Instead, I found a gap in the market. Very few providers combined technical analysis with real, on the ground understanding.

As I worked with planners, engineers, and other professionals, I kept receiving strong feedback on the project design, the depth of financial analysis, and the clarity of the planning work. After speaking with experienced developers in my family, I decided that the same approach I used for our own land could be offered to other families who want a structured, well managed subdivision.

I take on only one or two projects each year so I can stay fully involved and deliver careful, detail focused work. My background in theoretical physics and applied mathematics, along with experience planning and managing complex projects, shapes the way I approach every subdivision.
